Returns and exchanges, other than custom orders, are gladly accepted. A prepaid return label is included for your convenience on orders over $100. Just fill out the return form, place the label on the box and drop it off at a UPS outlet or give directly to a UPS driver. After the initial shipping charge, we will pay shipping on returns and exchanges until you are satisfied.
